What training programs do prestigious institutes(iits nits & bits pilani) offer to a BE Electronics and Computer student(completed 1st yr)?

Also kindly suggest other productive events fests or workshops to attend during summers. Or simply some things to do and learn online that would prove fruitful in future to add up in the CV and Resume. i study in MBM Engg college. Or what courses should i take up for elect & comp? Pllz guide.
