What type of admission is called non-CAP admission? Is it similar as CAP-round process? Is there any scholarship given to non-CAP students?
I've complete a Diploma civil engineering but I'm not confirm of my conformation form at which is why I'm not eligible to take admission as a CAP student, what is the procedure for me to take admission as direct second year engineering student now?

Hope you doing well. I would like to say that if you apply through CAP round then you will get a scholarship as you already know. If you want to go without cap round then you are not eligible for the scholarship. If you want to apply without cap round then there is only one way you can apply i.e. management quota where you have to pay a huge donation as well as college fee.
