What type of companies should I join in to gain experience before pursuing MBA?
I've completed my Bachelors programme i.e. Bachelor of management studies in the field of marketing and am planning to work for a year or two before pursuing MBA. What type of companies should I try getting a job into as getting a job into reputed companies is extremely difficult for a fresher.

First evaluate your interest areas and career aspirations and then based on it look for a job in the said area. Once you get experience in the area of interest then pursue MBA in the said area and grow up in your professional career.
