    Hi Vyshnavi, a regular MBA/PGDM is any time preferred by recruiters. But if you have good amount of work experience, then you can consider Part Time or Executive MBA.
    Recruiters will value your work experience first and then to you MBA degree.

    Hi Vyshnavi,
    To get a good job it;'s better to do a regular MBA Programme as most of the organizations give more weightage to regular MBA Holders. If you have experience then you can go for an Executive MBA or a part time MBA.
