5 years agoIt doesn't have any complexities, though the reason behind this is to judge a candidate on the basis of knowledge, confidence, alertness, thought process, determination, etc.
They usually makes an analysis of your communication, personality, how much you are aware of current affairs, general knowledge, a little bit of history of paper and newspaper. The questions may be related to the policy and schemes launched by government, elections, ministers of information, history of media (not in depth), etc.
It is an easy process.
