What type of job can I get after completing BMM? What should I pursue after BMM for higher studies?

After completing BMM, chances of a high paid job is bleak. I would suggest you to try and crack MICAT and get admission into MICA. With a masters degree in communications from MICA, you can be sure to have a great start to your career. Good luck
