3 years agoHello Madhu, Diploma in engineering is considered as a skill imparting course. At the end of this course a student is supposed to have inculcated and learnt the basics of skills of that trade or of that subject. After the completion of Diploma or student can hope to get a job in a factory or in an organisation where his skills will be required to be utilised on a day-to-day basis. The student will not be in a position of management. A large workforce is required by growing industry and hence there is a great opportunity for job after completion of Diploma in engineering.
