MBA graduates are employed in various kind of roles in different functions in Business enterprises based on their specialisation. Generally graduates may start from Management trainee/ functional manager role. MBA from top 20 B Schools are able to start with salary of Rs 8 Lakhs per annum or more. Lower end B School graduates do not get very high starting salary. MBA is a spring board for an excellent career but you have to work hard and smart to rise quickly . Nowadays top executives of Business firms are MBA graduates of top B Schools. -
