This would depend a lot on one's career aspirations & risk-taking ability. A full-time MBA from a top college is always a better option. However, if you are comfortable and enjoying your current work then explore an Executive MBA as it will make you grow faster in the existing organisation Plus you will get the advantage of earning & learning together.

For executive MBA, you should have work experience. Some colleges have 3 year programme for executive MBA. So, it will always be better to do MBA full time in 2 year from top university or colleges for better placement opportunities.
