    CSIR NET exam in an online mode. The duration of the exam is 3 hours and CSIR is conducted for five subjects namely Earth, Atmospheric, Ocen and Planetary Sciences, Chemical Sciences, Life Sciences, Mathematical Sciences and Physical Sciences. The total marks obtained in CSIR NET is 200. Candidates need to attempt a total of 75 MCQs from all three parts: Part A, B and C. Negative marking is also there I'm CSIR NET.  The exan is conducted to assess their knowledge and skills in their respective subjects.
