  • The MAH B.Ed CET exam tests the candidate's aptitude for teaching and assesses your general knowledge. There are three sections in the exam:

    1. Teaching Aptitude (30 Questions):

    • Understanding of Teaching Methodology
    • Child Psychology and Development
    • Lesson Planning and Assessment
    • Communication Skills

    2. Mental Ability (40 Questions):

    • Reasoning: include questions on logical reasoning, analytical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
    • Numerical Ability
    • General Knowledge and Awareness

    3. English Language Content Test (ELCT) (Optional - 50 Questions - Only for English Medium Admission):

    • Reading Comprehension
    • Grammar and Vocabulary

    The paper will be divided into three components, teaching aptitude, mental capacity, and general knowledge, in accordance with the official MAH BEd CET test structure. All three components must be completed by candidates in 90 minutes. The questions will be objective in nature, and one mark will be given for each right response.     The state-level entrance exam MAH BEd CET is conducted in online mode. The questions asked in the MAH BEd CET entrance exam are mainly Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). Candidates are required to complete the exam in 60 minutes.

The last date for MAH CET BEd admission in Maharashtra is 1 October, 2025. The counselling process to get admission in BEd education programme started by State Cell, Maharashtra, from 25 June, 2025 and was continued till 5 August for the CAP 2025 Round 1.
