    CUET exam pattern is prescribed by the National Testing Agency (NTA), the exam conducting body. The CUET UG 2024 exam will be held in hybrid mode. As stated by UGC Chairman, M. Jagadesh Kumar, "For the subjects where there will be higher percentage of registrations, we will bring in OMR (MCQ). In this way, we will be able to conduct exam for those specific subjects in one day and in one shift for all candidates." CUET UG 2024 will be divided into three parts which will carry objective-type Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). The medium of the CUET 2024 question paper will be English and the languages chosen by candidates among 12 region

    The examination paper will consist of objective-type questions, specifically multiple-choice questions (MCQs). Each section will be allocated a total of 200 marks, with each question carrying 5 marks. Negative marking will be applied, deducting 1 mark for each incorrect answer.

    The CUET questions are objective and carries multiple choices (MCQs). Each question will have four answer options. Candidates will have to choose the correct answer option and click on it with the help of mouse. Since CUET UG 2025 exam will be conducted in a CBT mode, test-takers will be able to mark only one answer option. In case it is the correct option, they will get full marks and in case of wrong answer, negative marking scheme will be applied.
