What type of questions are asked in the interview for Cabin Crew?

<p>Hello Prachi The interview is more of a discussion because the role for which one is being interviewed is hospitality based so your educational background will not be a major player, rather your approach towards certain situations will be tested. Situational awareness and actions that must be taken in such situations shall be asked.</p><p>Knowledge of foreign languages, especially those where the airline operates is very useful although it's not compulsory. Apart from interviewing you, your presentation and appearance will also play a big role in your selection for the position of cabin crew. Some airlines do test aptitude and reasoning skills. The interview is more of a discussion because the role for which one is being interviewed is hospitality based so your educational background will not be a major player, rather your approach towards certain situations will be tested. Situational awareness and actions that must be taken in such situations shall be asked. Knowledge of foreign languages, especially those where the airline operates is very useful although it's not compulsory. Apart from interviewing you, your presentation and appearance will also play a big role in your selection for the position of cabin crew. Some airlines do test aptitude and reasoning skills. So, you should prepare for them too.
