Since there are a large number of interview panels, there is no single set of questions, however I can give you an idea of what they are looking for : You will be evaluated during the interview on the following parameters. Communication Skills o Fluency of Speech o Grammatically Correct o Capacity to Elaborate o Clarity of Thought Career Orientation, Aspirations & Goals o Clarity of Goals o Confidence o Leadership & Initiative General Awareness Particularly for IT, the questions may be asked on why are you selecting the stream and any previous experience or studies in the field. Dear Student, questions would be general in nature. Interviewer can ask you to express your academic, personal, and professional accomplishments, experiences, and intentions. The focus of interview can range from specific questions about your job or studies to broad discussions on life. Approach the Personal interview as a conversation to be enjoyed, not as a question-and-answer or deal. It may be about your hobbies - your recent cross-country trip. This doesn't mean that the interviewers are not serious.
