    Personal discussion at IRMA is broadly aimed at understanding the sensitivity quotient of the candidates towards his/her world around. For the fresher's, most of the discussion revolves around graduation subjects (core), hobbies/interests, extra-curricular activities etc. For experienced candidates, the discussion would be on their work experience.
    Please be very clear that discussion may not start with a routine question like tell me something about yourself.Good luck.
