What universities can I apply to in Delhi to study M.A. In Psychology after graduating from IGNOU with a B.A. In Psychology?

I am doing a B.A. In Psychology from IGNOU. It isn't an honours degree. My marks are within 50-60%. Can I apply to universities like Jamia Milia Islamia for M.A. In Psychology and what is the minimum cutoff? What are some other good universities I can apply to with this background?
