The overall average stipend offered during PGP summer placements 2023-25 was INR 1.98 lakh. Further, the average stipend for the top 10% of the offers was INR 4.30 lakh. Refer to the below table depicting the IIM Shillong average stipend for PGP summer placements 2023-25:
