GRE is a test, which need to be taken by the students, who wish to pursue MS in USA, Canada, Germany, Singapore and some more countries.
GRE scores along with the good academics records are one of the important eligibility criteria to get admission in good universities of your choice.

Hi Manudeep, the course duration of GRE will depend on how much you need to prepare and get the required score. Students go for 3 - 6 months to 1 yr coaching for the exam.
The scores are valid for 5 yrs
