There is no such fixed cutoff, other than a minimum of 75% required to apply for the course. Some courses like the Mathematics and Physics have an entrance test. In other streams, the cutoffs can be expected 92-93 for state boards and 95+ for ISC/CBSE candidates. There are secondary merit lists too and four different categories to apply from.
