The highest package that was given to candidates for the B.Tech in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence program in Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee International Institute of Information Technology has not been the same for the past couple of years. The highest till the latest data collection was around INR 20-30 lacs per annum.
