<p>Xavier Institute of Social Services (XISS) Ranchi maintains a good placement record as always. Students receive a decent salary package during the placement drives. 224 students were placed at the XISS Ranchi placement 2023 recently concluded for its 2021-23 batch. The students received 10 pre-placement offers. XISS Ranchi average salary stood at INR 9.40 LPA during the 2023 placement drive, the highest salary being at INR 20.50 LPA, which was offered to the student of Human Resource Management. Reputed recruiters like HDFC, ICICI Bank, Deloitte India, EY, Emami, MTR Foods, and many others had participated in the XISS Ranchi Placements 2023.</p>
