Being a alumni of LPU, I would say you should not worry about the placements. If you work hard in the course and has practical exposure, any company visiting the campus would be happy to hire you. However, you must not neglect polishing your communication skills as well, because companies will check that in their interviews. Amazon offers 3 students a record Rs. 28 Lacs package + 28 students offered internships! For Cognizant, LPU has been the destination to pick market ready workforce as it has selected 1800 plus engineering students over the years. The university has been ranked high by outer agencies also with regard to placements of students. Around 550+ companies visit every year for campus-recruitment of students from LPU. In addition to the core curriculum, the course includes disciplines such as communication, analytical thinking, and soft skills to help students improve their personality and employability. Upgrade has partnered with the university for a few B.Tech specialties. It is a one-of-a-kind undergraduate programme that combines industry and academic specialists to convey Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence skills.
