What was the last years cut off list of amravati government college for electronics and telecommunication stream

I have recently cleared XIIth std .I have got 143 marks in PCM and had cleared JEE MAINS with 16 marks and have got 63%in XIIth and I want to go for engineering from electronics&telecommunication stream so which colleges will give chance to me & from when did the rounds for addmission will start?
