The total number of registrations received for NEET 2023 were 20,87,462. It was reported on the official NEET 2023 results released by the National Testing Agency (NTA) in June 2023.

NTA received a total of 20.87 lakh applications in NEET 2023. Out of which 20.38 lakh candidates appeared for the exam.
