Go for Hotel Management as it is a complete gentleman stream having high chance of good jobs if you do it from IHM

If you work hard for 3years of Hotel Management.You will be setteled,surely I think so. but,fashion photographer has more competition..and strain etc etc I suggest hm.if you prefer hotel management,try to make a study in VIT.
