What & where to pursue b.tech and which stream?

I am pursuing diploma in ETC Engineering &giving last semester exam this month.In previous semester i have secured 80% marks.So kindly suggest best engineering colleges having reasonable fees becoz b.tech is the last course in my career.After that i may not pursue for higher education.

    Dear Student, You are scoring a good marks, you can opt for Quantum School of Technology,Roorkee, they are very famous for their Engineering program and placement due to back bone of location, the most trusted place for engineers plus benefits of of 800 plus industries near by the college, specially as you look for Lateral Entry they have a very few seats, so do early to apply, if you dont want to come to North than you can look for CIT college at Chennai which is also have good academics with great placement record, for more quires you can write me.
