What will be better: B.Tech from Canada or after doing B.Tech from India, pursuing MBA from Canada?

This would depend a lot on your long term career goals. If you intend to return to India then UK is better, however, if you intend to explore permanent settlement abroad as well then Canada is the better option as the government rules are more flexible in terms of work opportunities post MBA. Financially as well, Canada would be cheaper compared to UK. -

It totally depends on your interest. As per job scenario, you should prefer B.Tech in Canada. You will get a decent job after the completion of your B.Tech in Canada. Rest depends upon your interest.
