what will be difference if i do Distance/Correspondence MBA through IGNOU, sikkim manipal university, symbiosis distance learning mba, etc

Exactly no difference in terms of degree valuation. But universities are rated by NAAC. And University with high rating is considered as good rating.

Distance/Correspondence MBA is not very well accepted in industry. You should opt for part time or full time mba.
