What will be my All India rank with 104 marks in JEE and 71.4% in class 12th from CBSE board? Can I get admission in DTU or NSIT?

I am from Delhi and I belong to OBC category.

No, you won't as you haven't secured minimum 75% marks in your boards exams and no doubt how much good rank you have secured in your exam.

Hi, The best way to predict a college through JEE Mains score is using Shiksha college predictor. After that, just go for the counselling of that college. You may also choose a private college like BITS-Pilani, SRM, VIT, SKIT-Jaipur, Galgotias, Sharda, LPU and NIRMA.

The best way to predict a college through JEE Mains score is using shiksha college predictor. After that, just go for the counselling of that college. You may also choose a private college like BITS-Pilani, SRM, VIT, SKIT-Jaipur, Galgotias, Sharda, LPU and NIRMA.
