What will be my career options after completing M.A in mass communication from SRM University?

Master’s degree in mass communication course has got good scope in India as there are plenty of job opportunities in the field of Advertising, broadcasting and electronic media, journalism and public relation. These aspirants can also go for several doctoral level courses in mass communication and Journalism after their post-graduation. If they pursue any of these courses, then they can find lucrative career opportunities as fashion journalists, investigative reporters and news analysts even in foreign countries. Opportunities available in India are (Advertising) jobs available for Master’s degree holders in mass communication are copywriters, media planners, creative directors and marketing specialists (broadcasting and electronics media).After completing Master’s degree in Mass Communication, one can look for job opportunities in Press Information Bureau, Doordarshan and All India Radio.
