What will be my rank? Do I have any chance to get mechanical engineering at Manipal University? My score is 123 in MU OET 2016.

Your rank should be somewhere near 3k to 3.5k. Actually I can't say exactly. It depends on a number of factors. And for the branch, I believe you should get mechanical as per what happened when I gave my entrance test. But you won't get it in the first round of counseling. Over the rounds you should get it.
