What will be my rank with 78 percentile in Mains?

Hello Sai Teja, National Testing Agency has conducted JEE Mains in the month of January spread across many sessions. Students from each session were then compared with themselves and given the percentile score. Similarly the exam is going to be conducted over multiple sessions in the month of April for the second time and again results will be declared in percentile form calculated for each station independently. The conversion of percentile into rank is a very difficult process though not impossible. For this to happen one needs to know almost all the information which is not available with general public like you and me. Hence the agency which is having this information that is national testing agency is the only one which can do this and they will be doing it & by end of April you will get your rank announced by NTA. I will therefore advice you have patience till then. Best wishes to you.
