Hi Tiwari,
Salary is a function of various factors - i.e. (i) the institute where you have completed your graduation e.g. a graduate from a top institute will command a higher salary. (ii) Your work experience - organization and type of work profile (iii) city - a metropolitan city will have higher salaries as compared to smaller cities and towns. (iv) Your current organization - i.e. where you will be joining - an MNC usually has higher salaries as compared to other organizations. (v) Your work profile i.e. Manager/ AVP, etc. Thus one cannot allocate a figure. Otherwise the salary band can range between 6- 25 lakhs per annum.

An executive MBA will always up the salary figure for you, but then it depends on the college you are doing it from.
An executive MBA from the top B-Schools like IIMs can fetch you upwards of 16+ LPA. Then there are Executive MBAs which would add no value to your profile at all (E-MBAs from very low ranking B-Schools)
So if you provide information as to where you're doing your E-MBA from, that will help. Not only that, I would advise you to get in touch with the E-MBA alumni of your B-School and know a more approx figure for your placement cell.
