What is the average package of the year 2018 (HR in IIM)? What is the average percentage throughout 2-years of PG from IIM required to get a good/average package? What average percentage do I require throughout my graduation and post graduation to secure an average placement?

The average package recorded for HR in IIM-Ranchi was around 13.49 LPA. In general, IIM graduates get an average package of 23 LPA. For good packages in MBA HR, you can consider IIM-A, B, C or XLRI-Jamshedpur.
