Well, you should go for M.Sc and thereafter you can do research. It is the most advanced option for a good career. Otherwise, it's okay, you can go for B.Ed.

There are lots of options available for you after B.Sc: B.Tech - to become an engineer M.Sc in electronics - to become a hardware engineer MCA - software engineer M.Sc MBA finance/other- to become a management professional. choose any option all are good.
