What will be the best course after commerce,i am earning 30k but i am looking for something higer.please advice suitable course

You can pursue CA or CS after B.com or M.com. Salary of a certified CA and CS is in lakhs and it is job oriented. Or else you can do MBA in Finance which is also a good course.
