What will be the cut off for NC-OBC to get a call for GD/PI in 2016. Are they considering sectional cut off too in the selection process?

The cutoff varies year by year. Though the general trend has been hat people who have more than 60 percentile are called for gdpi. Sectional cutoffs are not there as of now.

There is no sectional cut off. The OBC cut off varies year to year. It varies around 70 to 80 percentile .Since the selection process is dynamic you can give a try.
