What will be the difference between Diploma and MBA in event management in terms of salary, placement and exposure?

Today PGDM and MBA is treated as same and same salary is being offered to the candidates but inthe long run, a Degree is considered more important than a Diploma in certain cases. After you join any industry or start job then only your experience matters. Degree and Diploma is considered in starting phase only. If you have option for Degree then you must go for a Degree course.
