What will be the difference between one year graduate degree and three year graduate degree?

I had an accidnt last year still coping with it,i did take admission in college bt could never attend it,nw i know fr sure that i will hv drop a year,i jst want to skip time thats wasted its useless,so plzzz give me any infrmation rather all the infrmation about single sitting graduation.

Graduate degree is three year not one year some university give back date entries and complete degree in one year but there is always problem with this type of university
