What will be the duration of student VISA issued for PG diploma course in Canada?
What I know is Canada High Commission issues Visa for 2 years.\nI want to know about stayback period for PG Diploma.How is PG Diploma Visa different from the one I would get if I had gone for MSc.Would it help if I do a double PG Diploma? For MSc is there a stayback of 3 yrs, ie. total 2 3=5 yrs?

Dear Jerry, As per regulations of Canada, if you go for 2 years courses, you will get visa for 2 years but once you complete 2 years of course you can extend your visa for further 3 years which is open work visa and during same time you can get work experience. Visa is issued on the basis of the number of years of study. If your program is of 2 years duration, you would be issued a visa for that particular duration. Once you graduate, you would be given a time of 3 months to look for a job and if you can find a job within that time period, you would get a
