What will be the effect of MBA on my teaching job?
I did part time MBA & want to qualify UGC NET.I completed it in 4yrs & if I go for teaching whether duration effects my job profile..

Try to find some local colleges where you can teach It will add to to your teaching experience
and then aim for big colleges. If you are really interested in studies PHD will be a good option while teaching at some recognized institutes.

Ya its effect on your job profile
because Full time MBA have more importance compare to part time
if you will do again MBA in full time then it will become a waste of time
so you should go further
and if you really want to do full time then also you can go for it but it need 2yrs more
