What will be the effect of my B.Sc background on my accounting knowledge and tally experience after doing a SAP FICO course?

SAP FICO is a completely different module and experience. The training in SAP FICO is done mostly to gain entry into the business world. An educational qualification like B.Sc. Would not affect your knowledge gained in a SAP FICO course, and would not help other than working knowledge of computers.
