Past academic records won't play much of a factor. If you can cross the eligibility criteria to sit for placements then no worries. Just maintain decent grades and prepare well for the interview.

Some companies have their requirement or eligibility criteria which would be effected otherwise your MBA learning would help you to gain a good one.
