B.Tech or BE are one and the same thing. These are just different nomenclatures used by different colleges on their degrees. The legal value of both is same. What makes difference is your choice of college, Since Artificial intelligence and Machine learning are both highly dynamic and ever evolving fields, you must choose the college which is able to embrace the rapid paradigm shifts in the business. This can only be done by someone whose curriculum is developed with industry consultations and updated every now and then. Things become obsolete very fast in this field; your basics and technology trainings make a big impact. Not only the technology training, the practical exposure on right equipment and infrastructure, internships, regular industry interface, professional etiquette etc. Are also required to make a cut. There are quite a few good institutions which are doing really good in these studies with proper research facility and faculty. These are: IITs, BITs, Some NITs, VIT, PEC, LPU and Thapar etc. Your best chance to get into this industry revolves around these colleges. Do check your eligibility, selections process and counseling from their respective websites. Currently the applications are on for LPU till June 30, 2020 for highest scholarships. This requires having strong analytical skills that will enable you to understand the issue your dealing with and evaluate different solutions in order to find the one that best fits your needs. Problem-solving skills One of the other key skills for computer Science majors is the ability to solve complex problems in a systematic and logical way. This is because most of the projects you'll be working on will require you to take a concept and turn it into a reality. In order to do this, you'll need to be able to think about the best way to execute the project and then outline the steps needed to get it done. Creativity goes hand in hand with problem solving and its one of the other key skills you'll need as a computer Science major. Since coming up with solutions to problems is almost never a straightforward process, out-of-the-box thinking is often required in order to ensure that you're delivering the most innovative and effective solutions. Critical-thinking skills Critical thinking is an important skill to have in any major, but its especially important when it comes to computer Science. This is because you're going to be working on a variety of projects and using a variety of methodologies, so knowing which methodologies to use (and when to use them) is an essential part of getting the job done. There will be no effect on placements after doing BE in CSE (AL&ML). Both the degrees are equal for placement and higher studies purpose.
