Hi Kunal. It all depends on the economy as well as company to company. Amazon came and recruited with a package of Rs. 15,00,000. It all depends on the company and how economy is going of a country.

The sky is the limit. Depends on, from where you are doing MBA, which company you are sitting for and what job role is offered and obviously your educational background a little, your interview and your personal skills, which can't be taught anywhere.
