What will be the job profile for a MBA- supply chain management graduate?

I have completed my graduation in commerce (B.com).I m pursuing MBA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.So i want to know that how can I get a job in Logistics and Supply Chain Management? What is the work of a Logistics and supply Chain manager? Is this suitable for me?
