What will be the job prospects on pursuing two year or one year post grad distance learning course from NICMAR in project management?

Though I have done BE in computer science, i have an exp of 10 + years coordinating real estate projects - project management, site administration and support, procurement, liaisioning, troubleshooting, man management etc I am not able to get good offers due 2 lack of professional degree/certificat
