Hi,
MBA is not necessarily a high qualification for a manager.
A mere degree holder can become a manager & one can't become a manager as soon as he graduate from his college. It requires experience, skill sets, etc.
Salary may vary based on the location, demand, etc.
It is around Rs.6 lakhs/annum.
