For admissions for 2016-2018 batch, work experience is not a criteria for selection. This means cutoff for interview call and final admissions will be decided on other parameters like academics score, cat score, gender diversity etc. but no work ex. However the criteria changes every year so workex

Students have secured admission at the minimum cutoff also. For 2014-2016,2015-2017 batches general category students have taken admission at 90%ile also for General Category. You may further refer to this admission brochure to see the weightage of various components : http://www.iimidr.ac.in/acad

You have to clear the sectional cutoffs which changes every year. However for reference you can check past year's cut off.
