Generally the salary varies. As a ballpark figure, you can expect your salary to be around Rs 25lakhs per annum.

This very much depends upon how you perform within the firm, how the firm performs overall and up to what extent your firm transfers its profits to its employees. At an average level, you can expect it to roughly become 1.5x to 2.5x of your joining package. Preferably take opinion of someone who has already been through this.
